<div><strong>Description</strong><br/>The RN - Charge Nurse for Behavioral Medicine is a key player in the delivery of care consistent with the recovery model assuring that staff is providing person centered care evidenced by choice, respect, dignity, partnerships, self-management, and full inclusion. This position takes responsibility to set the stage in creating a culture that embraces all aspects of the recovery model and strategies to reduce seclusion and restraint. This position creates a collaborative, non-punitive environment, and works through problems by communicating expectations to staff. This position is well versed in patients' rights regarding care, privacy, safety, confidentiality of medical records, and the Baker Act. This position is a resource to staff and can clearly give direction and guidance.
