Summary: Following the South County Fire (SCF) core values, this position will support direct case management and perform intake and referral processes as part of our Community Resources Paramedic (CRP) Program. South County Fire seeks to connect community members in need with appropriate local resources. This role will bridge gaps in care for patients who historically fall through the cracks and are not connected with necessary services. As part of the work schedule, this position will spend a portion of the workweek working directly with the Lynnwood Police Department to support coordinated response efforts and interdepartmental collaboration.
