About Us:
CODA is Oregon’s oldest nonprofit treatment provider specializing in evidence-based services for individuals with substance use disorders. At the Beaverton Recovery Center, we provide comprehensive residential treatment in a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented setting. Our Recovery Mentors are essential to helping patients bridge the gap between treatment and long-term wellness—offering hope, connection, and practical tools from someone who’s walked the path themselves.
About the Role:
As a Recovery Mentor, you will walk alongside patients helping them access housing, benefits, and recovery support services while modeling positive recovery behavior. Through advocacy, mentoring, and peer-led support groups, you will help individuals build confidence, develop life skills, and strengthen ties to the recovery community.
