As our Recovery Support Specialist, you'll earn a competitive wage of $20–$27 per hour. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend hours for community events.


YOUR DAY

As our Recovery Support Specialist, you'll guide clients in their recovery journey by providing encouragement, sharing your experiences, and modeling healthy coping skills. In outpatient settings, you'll support individuals, advocate for their needs, and help build their confidence. Through documentation and collaboration with the care team, you'll play a vital role in empowering clients to regain control of their wellness.


REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with substance‑use populations
  • Ability to obtain a Peer Specialist certification within 90 days
  • Must be a current or former client (or family member of a client) of mental health services
  • Organizational skills and creative problem‑solving
  • Crisis-intervention knowledge
  • Ability to observe, document, and report client progress
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to perform light physical work
  • Basic computer skills
