About the Position: The incumbent chosen for this position will develop training content and curriculum while providing field-based training, technical assistance, and support to strengthen the Recovery workforce. Responsibilities include facilitating Case Management training, Peer Recovery Support training, and additional continuing education training. Additional duties include managing certification processes, conducting fidelity monitoring through on-site visits, and ensuring compliance with ODMHSAS standards. The position also involves fostering collaborative relationships with state agencies, stakeholders, and advocacy organizations, as well as integrating peer recovery programming into prevention, mental health, and substance use disorder services. Additionally, the incumbent will maintain databases, produce reports, and stay informed on relevant policies and evidence-based practices.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree and one year of experience in education or training plus one additional year of qualifying experience in software applications used for rapid development of training materials and online courses;
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the bachelor’s degree and one year of experience in education or training plus one additional year of qualifying experience in software applications used for rapid development of training materials and online courses;
Or a master's degree in adult education or human resource development plus one additional year of qualifying experience in software applications used for rapid development of training materials and online courses.

Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
