Description

Provide peer mentoring; Support project staff in the outreach and intervention; Meet individually with students identified in Early-Alert; and, Maintain confidentiality and provide accurate documentation of students served, including any concerns or issues a student is experiencing that may impact academic performance

Outreach to struggling or non-responsive students

Typical Qualifications

Upperclassmen status in teacher education, a minimum 2.75 GPA 

Supplemental Information

Excellent communication, organization, time-management and interpersonal skills; Working knowledge of effective academic skills; Capacity to work with students from diverse backgrounds; Prior peer mentoring or academic success coach experience preferred

Special Instructions:
