Behavioral Health Operations Manager

You vs You Mental Health and 70x7 Wellness Mission are seeking a highly organized and motivated Behavioral Health Operations Manager to help support and coordinate the daily operations of our growing OMHC and SUD programs.

This is NOT a basic office manager role.

We are looking for someone who can:

• manage moving parts

• support clinical operations
• coordinate workflows
• help maintain structure in a high-growth behavioral health environment

ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION

• OMHC services
• SUD treatment
• Residential treatment
• PRP services
• Peer support services

We work extensively with:

• court-involved clients
• co-occurring populations
• underserved communities
• hospitals and referral partners

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily office and operational workflows
• Coordinate OMHC and SUD scheduling
• Support intake and admissions processes
• Monitor documentation completion and compliance
• Coordinate staff communication and accountability
• Assist with census and client flow management
• Support authorization and referral tracking
• Coordinate with CSS and intake support staff
• Help implement workflow systems and operational improvements

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking someone with:

• strong communication skills
• strong leadership and organizational skills
• experience in behavioral health, OMHC, SUD, healthcare, or high-pressure environments
• ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
• strong follow-through and accountability skills

Experience in:

• OMHC
• behavioral health
• substance abuse treatment
• healthcare operations
• high-volume clinical settings

is strongly preferred.
