Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) - Recovery Specialist

**Title:** Recovery Specialist **Schedule:** Rotating shifts, evening and night shifts **Assignment Details:** - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly **Requirements:** - High school diploma or GED - Experience working with substance use population preferred - Valid driver’s license in good standing preferred **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Ensure the safety and structure of the program by monitoring client activities. - Observe and supervise clients; conduct 30-minute client well-being checks. - Conduct telephone admission screenings and other admission duties. - Search client belongings on admission and discharge as directed. - Complete necessary documentation and record-keeping in accordance with policies and procedures. **Compliance / Notes:** - Must be able to pass a background check. - Must have open availability and be prepared to work last-minute shifts.
