Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) - Recovery Specialist

**Title: Recovery Specialist** **Schedule:** Shift: 8H Night Days: Sunday - Thursday **Assignment Details:** Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours Biweekly **Requirements:** - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - Experience working with substance use population preferred - Valid driver's license in good standing preferred - Must be separated from any affiliated facilities for 6 months prior to being considered **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Ensure the safety and structure of the program by monitoring client activities. - Observe and supervise clients; conduct 30-minute client well-being checks. - Conduct telephone admission screenings and other admission duties. - Search client belongings on admission and discharge as directed. - Complete necessary checklists, shift documentation, and record-keeping in accordance with agency policies. **Compliance / Notes:** - BLS certification required.
