Clinical Supervision & Training for Licensure/Certification: Clinical Supervision for licensure/certification is offered weekly as a benefit of your employment. This is not paid time. Participation in any of the trainings and supervision for licensure and certification, will require a two-year employment commitment from the commencement date of licensure, certification, and/or supervision and training. Should you fail to honor your commitment S&H Youth and Adult Services, Inc. will recoup the cost of training and supervision from your pay, you will be responsible for reimbursing the agency for the cost of training and supervision. Should you accept this job offer, per company policy; you will be eligible to receive the following beginning on your hire date. Your signature below indicates your understanding and compliance with this rule. S&H Youth and Adult Services, Inc may cancel or modify the terms of such benefit policies from time to time without further notice.
Paid Time Off (PTO): Paid time off is offered to salaried employees after 1 year of committed service, at which time, employees are eligible for 40 hours of paid time off. Please note that all time off requests must be submitted to Human Resources at least 14 days/two weeks in advance.

401K Retirement Plan: SHYAS is pleased to offer 401{k} plans to all full-time employees. A 401K plan is a personal pension {savings} account, as defined in subsection 401{k} of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Periodic employee contributions come directly out of your paycheck.
