Clinical Supervision & Training for Licensure/Certification: Clinical Supervision for licensure/certification is offered weekly as a benefit of your employment. This is not paid time. Participation in any of the trainings and supervision for licensure and certification, will require a two-year employment commitment from the commencement date of licensure, certification, and/or supervision and training. Responsibilities
The Peer Support Services (PSS) Program Manager is a NC Certifie Peer Support Specialist Qualified Professional responsible for the overall clinical, administrative, and operational management of Peer Support Services within the assigned catchment area. This role provides direct supervision and leadership to Peer Support Team Leads, oversees access to care, utilization management, documentation compliance, and ensures the delivery of ethical, person‑centered, evidence‑based peer support services across the continuum of care.
The PSS Program Manager leads program design and implementation, manages intake and authorization processes, monitors service quality and outcomes, and ensures full compliance with Medicaid, LME/MCO, and agency policies. This position plays a critical role in maintaining access to care, meeting productivity targets, supporting staff development, and improving outcomes for individuals served, while modeling advocacy, dignity, respect, and recovery‑oriented practices.
